What a date it was, I was never confused
You smiled for me and danced with me
I wrote a song for another kind of love
Then I thought of you so I tribute to you
You went on home with a smile on your face
What a day it was, what a day it was
It’s so great that I spent it with you
The time we spent, I was looking for love
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed
Tell me I’m wrong, I’m always confused
My love is lost in another person’s soul
I wrote a song for you and your friends
Then I thought about it and god it was good!
You went on home with a sack in your hand
What a day it was, what a day it was
It’s so great that I spent it with you
The time I spent, finding my heart
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed
(solo)
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed
Take a bop bop bop on another kind of love
Take a hop hop hop into someone else’s bed

Mr SEB comment: This song is one of my favourites, I feel it will be the catchiest song in the whole project. I wrote this song not so long ago after meeting a girl who I thought I had lots in common with and the day I met up with her. This song adopts a method I call "doubling up", because I wrote this song using two situations which are very different but are about the same thing, the other situation is witnessing someone getting the sack from work and he had a crush on someone on the "cake shop" and he was sorry to leave. I miss him still and I dedicate this song to him.
